Scope: SWK will be performing updates to east coast switching infrastructure

Expected Impact: The switches are in high availability pairs which should maintain connectivity during maintenance. There could be intermittent disruptions or slower than usual connectivity as some of our paths to the environment will be taken down during this process.

Sessions should re-establish connections automatically if interrupted.
