Monitoring
A fix has been implemented to resolve connectivity issues to the environment. All systems are operational and there should be no further issues with connections. We're actively monitoring the situation to ensure there are no re-occurrences.

Investigating
We have received multiple reports of some clients having difficulty connecting to our east coast data center. We're investigating this issue now and have engaged our ISP vendors.
